Good trousers but much thinner material than the last 3 pairs I have had be ok for warm days

Unlike the UTP cotton ripstop from helikon the OTP is stretchier and lighter, however, it is less durable (repairable) and offers no wind shielding. Although the listing stated Knee reinforcements with place for soft pads, they don't have it. Sure these trousers are very comfortable but for the price it feels like you are getting less, especially when UTP ripstop is cheaper.

This will be my daily pants!

I especially appreciate that the pants secure at the waist with Velcro instead of a button. This way, one can find just the right fit and change it to accommodate tee shirts, shirts, etc.
