Having recently acquired a MoonSwatch after two years of unsuccessful visits to Swatch boutiques, I actually decided to make a modification to the watch before even wearing it for the first time. So, I selected two replacement MoonSwatch straps from Vine to try them out and review them.The straps that the MoonSwatch come with are Velcro, which is going to be impossible to keep free of debris. The replacement silicon strap does not have the same problem. The replacement strap also leaves no blank space between the watch and the strap once installed, and I like that aesthetic a lot.However, the additional material on the strap makes it harder to put on the watch, because it’s harder to move the strap into the right location. The extra material also requires the strap be put on at an angle in order to line up against the watch case. The strap also uses the traditional spring bars, not the newer tool-less version spring bars. These factors combined made these straps much harder to put on than the other replacement straps I received. However, for context, these took maybe five minutes to put on, while the others took less than a minute.I would have preferred the strap be smooth or have a color line like some other options, but can live with the texturing, which I believe was intended to look like carbon fiber but the lack of color/shine change makes the strap look like it is covered in fish scales instead.At a price of ~$11 ($13 minus $2 coupon), I think this strap is a good option worthy of your consideration. I have trouble choosing favorites between the two sets of straps I received, so this one also gets five stars.

Band fits well, has a perfect "no gap" appearance, nice texture, and is comfortable for every day wear. Does not seem to be getting dirty...so that is a bonus. Will be looking at ordering other colors.
