Pasta maker made one good amount of pasta when went to do it again it fell apart and didn’t work. No instructions for use or cleaning parts don’t stay together

The first time we used it, it worked as it said. But when we tried to use the remaining dough it failed to complete the task. After loading the dough and pushing start, the dough is forced out of the dish BUT instead of pushing the dough the machine forces the disc and holder off. We have tried everything to make this work. Different dough consistincies, different disc's, but the thing does not work!

The threads are so shallo, when you turn it on instead of the Pasta coming out the holes the whole cap just pushes off.
