So the silverware did come all together in the holder as shown in the photos. Our silverware holder was a little bent but that was okay because to be honest I don't actually use it. I have a silverware drawer that all of the forks spoons and knives went directly into, so I wasn't too worried about the silver holder. It is very useful if you do not have a silverware drawer or if you want to keep your drawer space for something else. I do have a silverware drawer, so it was just a convenient way for my silverware to arrive.The silverware itself feels comfortable to use, it's not flimsy, and the design looks very nice. I wasn't sure what to expect with the incoming silverware and was worried that it would be easily bent or damaged. This silverware shows no signs of that being the case. It is very sturdy, to the point of scooping ice cream without issue (albeit, slightly softened but I still have bent spoons from less than gentle children using old silverware under the same conditions).The butter knives are a little bit sharper than I'm used to for a butter knife, just something to be aware of. These do clean off really well in the dishwasher and have maintained their new appearance despite several cleanings.A solid silverware set and one I'm happy to have in the house.

Flatware has a great design. The quality is lacking. Some of the flatware had rough edges especially around the spoons. The flatware was washed by hand and dried. Three of the knives and two of the spoons still rusted. Happened after only two washes.
