The building that I work in is sooooo dry! My eyes are always itchy and red and my skin felt like it was going to crack off. After putting eye drops in for what seemed like the 50th time that day, I realized that I needed to bring a humidifier in. I got one of those “essential oil” ones and it was basically pointless, it was tiny and could only fit like a thimble full of water. My cube has 2 monitors and a separate laptop, among other officey things so I didn’t want to add a full size one crowding my area further, but I needed something. Amazon to the rescue! I saw a bunch of cube like ones which seemed fine, but when I saw this weird cowboy hat design I knew that I had found the one! I plugged it into my usb, dropped it into a cup, pushed the button and it started working right away. It automatically shuts off after a certain amount of time, so I sometimes hit the button again if I think I need more humidity Small, cheap, lets off a great stream of water vapor, and looks ridiculous- what more can you ask for?

This thing is great! Very easy to use and compact enough to take anywhere, not just because of the overall small size but because of how easily it can be disassembled into smaller pieces. Strong mist without being too noisy. I kind of wish it would last longer than three hours, but since I use it primarily when I sleep I don't think it matters as much for me, those three hours are enough to make the air humid enough for me to sleep comfortably.NOTE: This does not use heat like full-sized humidifiers to create mist/steam. This means that unlike the full-sized humidifiers, you CANNOT add baking soda to the water to create a stronger mist/steam. Doing this will clog up the sprayer and ruin it, which is what happened to my first Cowboy Hat humidifier and why I bought a second one.

Didn’t really tighten down on the bottle but works well.

I bought two of these. One worked for a bit, the other didn't. I had to return.

Love this thing, my friend at work has one she keeps on her desk and in car. I just need to find replacement filters
