There's not much to say about this product. It arrived as expected, no nonsense, made in the US. Will buy again for my pH adjustment needs.

Good for preparing Asian dessert
I use it to make cambodian/viet/thai jelly dessert in place of lime paste. Works great. The dessert is called lort (green jelly) in coconut syrup.
