The Taste
I am not pleased with taste of these gummies at all. Time will tell if they help me with my B12 decency. In the meantime I’ll continue to take them as taste is not everything. However I may try another brand after these are gone. Who knows I may get use of to the taste.😊 EDIT. I have found if the chew them one at a time the taste is much better. So much so I’ve ordered another bottle!

The whole bottle smells rancid for some reason. I took one, but decided it may not be safe to continue using.
