JUNK ALERT and garbage app with no customer support. Fail.
TL;DR: Junk item with app that does not function logically. Support ignored multiple attempts at outreach. They even label major muscle groups incorrectly. Not to be trusted. The item itself may be decent - it really couldn't tell because it was such a pain to use. The app you use to do a "5-min" workout seems okay until you try to actually do a workout.First, you have to set your strength level. But rather than letting you do all the settings at once, the app forces you to set the strength for your left bicep curl, do the exercise for the left bicep curl, then set the strength for the right bicep curl, then do the exercise for the right bicep curl, etc. Every exercise, every time. I gave up on the first "5-min" work out after 15 minutes because I was only 1/2 through exercises and I was out of time.Who would think setting the device up this way is wise? You should be able to run through the strength set up before starting any program - all the muscle groups. Setting up exercise by exercise is tedious and very time consuming. It takes almost a minute to set the strength for a 15second exercise. That is just flat out stupid.Second, so you may be thinking, oh, well, that's a giant pain once, but when you have all the exercises set up, it'll be a breeze. Hahahaha. No. You've been punk'd by a tiny device. I set up about 6 exercises in that first session before I had to get back to work. The next time I attempted to use the device I chose a different workout with THE SAME exercises specifically so I could get through one actual workout.NOPE. Once again I had to set up the strenght level for the right bicep curl, then do the exercise, then set up the left curl, etc. OMFG. It never ends.Third - and this is the doozsie - They have major muscle groups labelled INCORRECTLY !!! They have switched quads with abductors and adductors. Those are not interchangeable.Fourth - customer support - GIANT ZERO. I reached out on their website and through the device and have yet to receive any form of a response. It's been a few weeks.

Should allow you to double squeeze (or something) to advance to next exercise without touching your phone
Good product, a gym in the palm of your hand. But should NOT require touching the phone to go to the next exercise. For god's sake, you make a sensor, have an option to register a double squeeze or a quick squeeze or something as a "Next Exercise" or "Done" (when at the end) click, so I can just fluidly go to the next exercise. Do that and you get 5 stars.

Great idea
The hardware seems to work fine. The app is frustrating.* White letters on a photo of a person with mostly white background. Who designed that?* There's no beginner mode to help figure out where the hardware goes on your body. for each exercise. Some people respond well to being thrown into a new environment with no support. NOT* You're constantly having to tap your phone to start each exercise.* The workouts don't really make sense. I put on the "Watching TV" routine and soon I was squinting at white letters on white background, trying to figure out what the photos meant, and shifting the device from hand to hand to tap the phone. Then it tells me to stand up for two exercises.. This should be called the "Pause TV" workout. Maybe they meant to me to cast the screen to my TV? No guidance!!!!This is a great idea and an ok user experience and I don't expect it to get any better, but here are a few suggestions for competitors:* beginner mode to get people comfortable with the process until they ask to go advanced* Integrate yours with Alexa and or use voice control on the phone.* Use timers to advance between exercises,* Use sound files to describe what to do for each exercise.* Use sound and or a feedback buzzer to give the user a general idea of how hard to press. "Next a little harder," low buzz means you're too soft, high - too hard. A phono jack for an earpieceOverall despite it's obvious shortcomings it's a good exercise equipment at a reasonable price IF YOU USE IT4.5 stars

Initial opinion
I work at home and travel. I have a low fitness level and a persistent knee injury. I frequently find myself sitting all day, especially if it’s cold outside, which exacerbates my knee pain. I’ve been looking for portable options to add quick activities to my day. There weren’t a lot of helpful reviews on this product, but the concept was intriguing and the product seems to be evolving, so I was willing to try it. I hope more people add reviews as I’m curious to hear about long term use experiences.Combined with a jump rope routine, this little gadget seems to be doing its job. I find the app easy to navigate. You can now click through to each exercise without touching the phone. The graphics give you something to focus on and makes things a little more interesting. I’m hoping, going forward, they develop the gaming aspect.Overall, 2 days in, I’m happy with the purchase. I’ll update if I have a significant change in opinion.

Feel the burn
It's been over a yr, sad to say I hardly used this thing. It is a good product but I realized I prefer walking and doing cardio. Whenever I did use it, trust me I felt like I did HIIT, but I like to really move around. If you hate exercising and moving, but want the benefits of moving them give this a try.

Way more fun than i was expecting!
I sort of bought this on a whim because I travel a lot and wanted to see how it could help for when I'm on the airplane, car, hotels, etc. But, surprisingly, I find myself using it all the time now. And, they have some pretty cool games that you can play if you don't want to feel like your working out.I actually was sharing it with a coworker this week and it turned into a full-fledged competition to see who could get a better score on the game apps. No joke, 2 hours later we were all pretty spent and felt like we had a serious workout even though it felt more like we were just playing around. This thing - and the apps they connect to - are super fun!I just bought another one for my mom too because she likes non-weight training exercise and this thing is perfect for that.
