Avoid !!! Don't buy !!!
Product doesn't work. Tried to connect it on my phone, but it failed. After a long time I got it commented on my iPad, but the connection was bad. And trying yo connect it to a gateway to use remotely didn't work no matter what I did. Tried different gateways. Tried reseting it. Tried talking to the support. Nothing!! It's a useless product, avoid it like a plague.

Poor quality
Poor quality based on my experience with 2 similar products I bought.This lock had no USM emergency port.Emergency key access is not easy since you have to remove the covet with a screw driver which is not the case in most of other products.Digital pad had only 6 digits from 1 to 6 which makes it not convenient when you want to create your own passcode.Setup is easy via smart life app.Batteries are provided.Overall experience is not good.
