In physical therapy for a pulled hamstring, the staff had me do a series of stretches with what I think is The Original Strap. They said I should do stretches like this daily for the rest of my life, so I decided to buy such a strap. Amazon lists many of the same size and in the same price range. I picked this one because of the neoprene grips. The Original worked fine, but it bothered my hand when it was under tension. As it turns out, the neoprene layer is a distinct improvement. I also wasn't sure why these straps have 10 loops, but I found that this large number allows very comfortable positions for my hand (when it is pulling on the strap) relative to the loop into which I've placed my foot. The cloth carrying pouch is a good convenience. Unlike some other straps, this one comes with a small booklet that shows some exercises. The booklet also sends you to a web site where you can download (for free) a booklet with a lot more stretches. My rating could get upgraded to five stars after I have determined the strap's durability.UPDATE: I've used my strap daily for four weeks now. It shows no sign of wear or stretching; the sewn seams look intact. I've upgraded my review to five stars.

This stretch out strap makes it much easier to stretch all of your muscles. I find I get a better and deeper stretch when I use this strap as opposed to just stretching without it. It’s long enough and versatile enough to be used by many people of different heights and skill sets.

I selected this product as it offered various points to hold and adjust the pose selected. The anti-slip loops provide stability at the distal point. The loops allow me to adjust the tension and pull during stretching. The strap fits easily into the bag. I would recommend this product to aid in stretching and/or stabilizing yoga poses.

Strap is large and strong. Inside the loops is an anti-slip element. Finally, the handles at each end to hold the strap with, are great/Strong. Overall, this is a much better made strap then many of the smaller flimsy ones.

Both girlfriend and I are volleyball players (she played D1 in Maryland) and we've been looking for something to do our warm-up before and after we play. Decided to give these stretching straps a try. So far I've been impressed. Quality is pretty high and it even comes with a bag. Have not used their ebook as we have our own stretching routine.

I am impressed that is made with high quality materials and sewn well together. I like that both loop at the end are nicely padded for easy hold and comfort. The rest of the loops had a special soft rubbery addition to it so it is not slippery. The carrying bag is makes it easy to carry around. I am very happy with this stretch strap and I highly recommend it to others.OSM

Works great and has helped me achieve difficult stretching positions. It has several levels to adjust for just the right tension and has a non-slip grip on the inside. Would work great for many other post work out stretching practices as well.
