Game Night Table Topper 48"x48" Red - GNTT1006RED

Board games are my primary hobby, but I just couldn't justify spending thousands of dollars on a high-end gaming table. I purchased this topper instead, fully expecting it to be cheaply made and a temporary solution at best.... I've now owned this for 6 mos and it still looks brand new. No tears anywhere on the 'leather' padding or the soft felt top (I am conscious of taking good care of it). I use it almost daily. It is quite sturdy and heavy and it does not slide around, but my setup allows me to have one end flush against my game shelf which does help with stability. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only negative I have found is that the felt surface is very hard to keep clean. I have a dog and it is inevitable that the black surface shows dust and hair. I have tried multiple vacuums with multiple attachments and nothing seems to really do a good job of cleaning it. The only thing that works is a sticky-paper wide lint roller, and even that will not let you get into the edges around the outer railing.There are actually benefits of this over a much more expensive table... first of all, if you do have an unfortunate box cutter accident while opening a new game - you are not out thousands of dollars as this costs like 10x less. Also, the ability to fold this up and take it to a friend's is a nice feature, though one I have not used. It is quite heavy and bulky so it's not something I would do often.

It fit our table perfectly. My only complaint is that the cup holders are very shallow. We had a spill the first time we used it because cups are easily knocked over. They might as well just sit cups on the table directly. (But it cleaned up perfectly and was practically waterproof!)

I love my topper. The only issue I had was from shipping one of the cup holders was cracked. Other than that it was in perfict shape. A little super glue and as good as new. The play serface is nice and the army rests are comfortable. I would recomend for anyone that wants a cheeper auternitive for a game table. All my freinds that have come over to play want one.

Appears to be good quality. The travel bag they include is pretty cheap, but I don't plan to use the bag other than to keep the dust off for storage. That table top has a microfiber type fabric with a small amount of give underneath. Makes it easy and quick to pick up cards, coins, or any small pieces associated with any game you play. Very happy with my purchase.

The material from which this is made is fairly lightweight, in that it cannot stand up to much stress. When the topper arrived, the first thing I noticed was a bend in one of the short edges as well as in the middle of a long section (1/3rd section).Also, the material that serves as a hinge to one of the sections was torn and is not easily fixed. I expect I will need to use some heavy-duty tape to hold it together, once the tear increases long it length.The top of the topper, apart from the noticeable bends, looks nice and any game played upon it will have decent support.I am not altogether keen on the numerous cup holders on the sides, as they really just take away from the available playing surface while not truly being deep enough to sturdily hold a glass or can of your favorite beverage.Were this $75 to $100 cheaper, I'd say it is worth the money. However, for about $100 more, I could have purchased a very well-made topper, made of a more solid wood construction. The reason why I did not do so was the wait-list was over 6 months and I wanted a gaming table for my friends to play on in the near future, not a half-year from now.

Item arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and item was better than described. I was very impressed with how sturdy it is . The edges are very comfortable to rest your wrists on. Well worth the price. The topper also opened up the table and gave us more playing area The bonus about this purchase is that the seller is honest and really cares about the customer. I had to contact them to see when the red would be back in stock, I received a quick response with options (actually really glad we went with the black). Also I ordered the bag not realizing the topper came with it. Seller contacted me to see if it was a mistake since it comes with it. I appreciate this product because the price is worth the quality and the amazing customer service. If you are thinking about don't wait long you will be disappointed when it sells out!

Good quality, I was being generous with the rating. The felt is OK and the backing is poor. Travel bag is nice

I plan on buying a second one for my other house.
