As long as you don't use the highest setting, it is stable enough for my needs.No issues so far.

Totally off the stated use... I use this Guitar Foot Rest for my home Pedicures. After some trial and error, I found the exact position, chair and additional height of placing it on a box. Now my pedicures are a snap to do and I am comfortable with either foot on the stand. I am 68 years old and can't easily preform pedicures without it. It works really well, is easy to adjust, folds up to a compact size for storage and makes my pedicures at home unbelieveably comfortable.

Great value in a footrest

Buying these took a lot of time because there are so many competing brands or sellers or models of the same thing. positive reviews aren't always trustworthy because they can be fake. Negative reviews can be trustworthy bc they're usually real, but that does make it hard to buy things sometimes when every single thing has a bunch of negative reviews.I bought 2 of these and they've been working great.This is probably TMI but it's 1 am and i'm writing Amazon reviews right now, for whatever reason, completely sober by the way. Anyway, i actually use these in the bathroom. 😆 So, many people use the Squatty Potty™ foot stool. I didn't want an ugly piece of plastic. but also wanted 2 pieces instead of one, because the Squatty Potty™ offers limited leg movement. With these you can put your legs however you want. 😆I do play guitar though, and it's been a while since i've picked up my classical. But when the time comes to play my classical, i'll just grab one of these from the bathroom and actually use it for what it was built for. 😆

Makes playing easier and is well made. Folds flat for transport.
