It was great at first...
I bought this on a Friday but didn't get around to using it till Sunday. I picked it up pretty quickly or at least got over the awkwardness of a foam ball flying at my face. That aside, I liked the feel of the product and started getting about 10 minutes or more a day with it, but the string snapped on the bigger ball today (Tuesday), and the smaller one must have a shorter string because the length was all wrong. I picked this up from Dick's for about 20, but I'm looking for a set now that has replaceable strings since this one has the ball and string connected as one. Maybe I was overworking it. Maybe I was punching too hard. But once the string snaps that's it. This isn't a bad pick-up for someone interested in seeing what it's all about. But if you are looking for a new one, go with on that will let you replace the band on the ball as well as the headband.
