Amazing remote, literally looks/feels/works the exact same as the original. Such a lifesaver for the price too.

Some functions of this article stopped working in a few weeks.

It works great, just have to push hard on the buttons, not sure if is just mine or all

The old original Samsung remote we had was pretty beat up so getting this new one was nice. All buttons work but sometimes we have to press the buttons a little extra firmly to get it to respond. The price was right but the next one I get will be a bit better quality and cost a bit more.update....had a couple more days to figure out why this remote is intermittent. It's a combination of cheap buttons and a weak IR diode. The range is very limited.....they say it's 28 feet and that's a clue that the invisible signal is very low power. With the old controller, I could place my hand in front and still control the tv...this one the signal disappears. It was a cheap price. You get what you pay for. Now to shop for a better one....

This is a generic version of the OE remote.If you’re looking for a second remote it is adequate. If you are looking for a replacement that is as good as the original (example: dog chews it up) then get a real Samsung remote or a nice universal. This one has a bad delay so if you have your tv hooked to a receiver it takes a lot of time to turn the volume up and down.I’m using this one for my QLED tv and it’s the worst. I’ve actually bought 2 different versions so far and both are the same. You can’t even use the shell and swap internals because it’s a different design all together.
