I bought a cheap jellyfish lamp and the blower motor quit after 2 weeks. So, I upgraded to the JINX. The first one had a defective jellyfish that kept sinking to the bottom. I was dismayed at first, but the manufacturer made everything right, Shipped me a new tank immediately with two working jellyfish. Very happy! They make a lively addition to the kitchen.

The media could not be loaded. After a few weeks of continuous use, one of the jelly fish stopped floating and it almost looks like it gets stuck. I have moved it multiple times but it goes back. Other than that, the tank is pretty cool!Update: now, about two weeks later, both jellyfish sink to the bottom

We have not had the best of luck with similar products, as they have been prone to failure. The Jinx Luminous Jellyfish Aquarium mood lamp is by far a superior product. It is well designed and well made. This was evident as soon as I opened the box and examined it. Easy to setup, works great and is fun to watch. Way cool. Don't waste your money on a lesser quality product.

It looks beautiful. But poorly designed. The pump output is too strong for only one opening, and the one opening is not centered. Because of the too strong output, the jellyfish rise too quickly. And because the pump output hole is not centered, the jellyfish will frequently drop into the corners not able to be reached by the pump output. The pump output should come from 2 or 3 holes scattered over the bottom so that the jellyfish rise slowly and more consistent.

This is like the best night light, ever! That’s how we use it in my boys’ room. I love how you can change the colors and the jellyfish look so real! Definitely worth the cash because it’s quiet and beautiful.

The Tank and the jelly fish worked perfectly, HOWEVER the fish stop floating correctly after only 2 weeks of use. I cleaned the tank, rinsed off the jelly fish, added new water, and removed the air bubbles off the Jelly fish, but the fish still only float head down. I went to try to buy replacement jelly fish online with Amazon, but the maker of the Jelly fish is different from the maker of the tank and they Jelly fish maker doesn't ship to the USA. All the other jelly fish I looked at for replacement don't float but are stationary held by a suction cup or wire. Amazon only offers to refund the product because its a 3rd party vendor and suggests that I reorder it after requesting a refund. So every two weeks I will need to ask for a refund just to get replacement Jelly fish the float correctly??? SMH 🙄

I cannot use this item because the plug does not plug into the unit so I cannot get electricity to it to run it. I have tried over and over to resolve this, but with no luck I tried to get a new cord, but no help was available to get that done. Look at my history You will see that I tried very hard to get this dealt with no luck. I am very disappointed in this inability to use this item because of no true response to help me in this inability to plug it in because it does not plug into the unit and it was over $70 pretty much useless money thank you if you can help but appreciate it Much !!!Sincerely, Marla Rusk
