Completely stale. The moment I open the bag, I cannot smell any aroma, just stale. It is twice now I purchased the same coffee that is stale. I don’t know if it is the supplier selling old coffee beans, this coffee always had great aroma and taste. But not the one I received

Buen café, Aunque creo que tiene un tostado alto, lo cual te lleva a tener que ajustar con un poco más de precisión la molienda y prensado, si te pasas en ambos casos, es imposible realizar la extracción de la infusión y si te quedas corto no consigues una extracción optima. Una vez encuentres el punto es un cafe que se disfruta mucho. En mi paladar noto un ácido controlado, toques afrutados y sabor con cuerpo "chocolate terroso" ( es una manera de describir de alguna manera la sensación que me produce el cuerpo de este café, quizas sea por su alto tueste) En definitiva, muy rico pero hay que jugar un poco con él.

Buon caffè, profumato e fresco, tostato circa 2 mesi fa, gusto delicato medio corpo, lo consiglio, poi la qualità del caffè dipende molto da quando è stato tostato, i chicchi tostati da molto tempo perdono tutte le proprietà aromatiche, per cui suggerisco ai venditori di stare attenti alla freschezza del prodotto
