As advertised!
My wife and I have been using this pan off/on for the past few months and we're happy to include another spectacular pan in the kitchen! We do own a few Hexclad pans and this measures up well. The non-stick is great, we aren't scared to scrape it, and you can actually tell it heats up quicker than most other pans. If you're trying to get a great pan for a little cheaper than some other $100+ options, this would be my recommendation. It's handled everything we've thrown at it, still looks new, and still puts a smile on our faces when we pull it out for each use!

Very high quality, works great
These pans make you feel like a professional chef! The etched interior is quite unique - not like any other pans we have. The non-stick surface really makes it easy to cook most things without sticking or burning. The "use and care sheet" included with the pans states "always add cooking oil to cookware before each use". So even though the pans have a non-stick surface, adding oil will prolong the life of the pans.We use these pans on a glass cooktop. The heat radiates on the entire bottom of the pan making for even cooking.I love that the handles allow these pans to go into the oven! This is probably the best feature to me.The sizes of these pans is really perfect for our needs. The depth of the pans is just what I was looking for.TIP: Make sure to place a soft cloth between pans when storing. This will help keep the interior surface looking and working like new.The item description states that this set of pans is dishwasher safe. Um... yeah. I wouldn't even think about putting these in the dishwasher! They are easy enough to handwash and why risk ruining the pan in the dishwasher? The item description also states that the pans are metal utensil safe. Personally, I'll still to using wood or silicone utensils. I just don't want to take the chance with metal utensils. While this isn't a huge deal, I have to say - I really like the look of these pans. They look very professional and make it fun for me to cook with them. This is a quality set of pans that I expect will last a long time. I definitely recommend them!

MasterPRO-Giro Collection, 2 Piece Fry Pan Set
This is a very nice frying pan set. It is truly non-stick and cooks eggs and steaks perfectly. The pan also cleans up easily with no marks or staining.

triply and nonstick in two sizes
I am a huge fan of triply cookware. However, it is a challenge finding nonstick cookware that I like. I liked this pan set. Please watch my video review for a demonstration and testing.

Oil-less omelets are back in my house!
A while back I invested in a nice stainless cooking set to replace our Teflon set and have had a love/hate relationship with it ever since. If the temp is just right, and I used enough oil, and all the planets align, I can make an omelet without it sticking to the pan, or over cooking, or slow cooking beyond my patients. I would never in a hundred years attempt a pancake in stainless. I missed non-stick so much for just an easy "turn on the fire and go" meal prep that when these two pans rolled across my screen, I jumped at it! A few minutes ago I put the pan on the fire, whipped an egg, poured it in without oil, threw some crunchy chili and onion in it, and slid the omelet out three minutes later. I'm back, baby! The pans are nice and heavy, beautiful, and my lids from my existing set fit perfectly. Master Pro just got me excited to cook again!

A very useful useful and versatile pan
I like the size and shape of this pan, and the high sides that help control spatter. I have found it useful sautéing and crisping. It important to note that it has a very textured bottom and so even though it is nominally non stick, it does require some fat or oil to work well. It holds heat well, but one must be careful not to over heat it as if too hot foods can stick to the textured bottoms which is difficult to clean. Once learning yhjose considerations, this pan is indeed a very useful and versatile cooking utensil.

Unique Nonstick Design
The media could not be loaded. This is a great saute pan. I find the 3-quart to be the perfect size -- not too big and not too small. The gold "etched" nonstick coating is unique, that's for sure. Not smooth like your grandmother's nonstick pans but with a bumpy texture. Very modern looking. It seems like the MasterPRO coating will hold up over time, unlike the old nonstick coated pans that always seem to get scratched and come off a bit at a time. Fingers crossed! I'll continue to use my plastic utensils with this pan, although they say it'll withstand using metal utensils. [The last set of nonstick pans I bought promised the same, and even though I consistently used plastic utensils, the coating has been scratching/chipping off over time. These were created by a TV celebrity chef, which shall remain nameless. Empty promises.]This pan has some weight to it, being made of Stainless Steel and comes with a see-through tempered glass lid with a steam-hole, which seems to be the standard lid nowadays. The handle of the pan itself, amazingly, NEVER gets hot, which is a big plus. [The small handle on the lid does get hot, though.] The pan heats up rather quickly and evenly and its nonstick properties are stellar! No oil needed. Calories saved! This is an ideal saute pan that, hopefully, will stand the test of time. Love it.
