Very quick, not that loud at all, you can change the grind size, very much worth the money, the quality is amazing. And performs beautifully.

I bought this to replace an older one that after years of use finally quit working, had high hopes for this unit, sadlythis unit quit working with the first use, motor started smoking and then nothing, return window closed 3 weeks ago

bad motor
product works as described and is wonderful for folks that make cold brew. However, after about a month the motor is starting to burn and i suspect it will soon start working.
