I was not in the mood to solder pipes together, so I decided to go with Sharkbite parts to swap out my 1x1 backflow preventer. So far, so good

Works great! (1" UPME1 90 Degree Elbow x Male Pipe Fitting)
Works without issues. The outstanding detail is that Pushlock is the only one making this elbow in 1", the others only go up to 3/4". Saves so much time and aggravation, just cut and push! It's worth every cent!

good quality, no leaks!
no leaks!!! I used sand paper to polish the copper pipe first, then applied some vegetable oil for lubrication, then installed it. Perfect
