Product was perfect for our outdoor way...The only downside was, the sensor worked too well, it was too sensitive, cars, animals and people, quite a distance away, would trip it. therefore power would run out..My tip for the day is, just cover the top half of the sensor, with masking tape, so it only trips when you get nearer to your door. Problem solved

Easy to install lights up the front door, only two days in but seems to be working perfectly. Very pleased.

Nice and bright when sun has charged it up but the sensor is too long range ! It picks up cars going bye and my drive is 20 meters! So it’s lights up do no reason loosing battery life ! ! Had to put some paint over part of sensor! Still good tho

Bought this light in early January to put above doorway to a large new shed. It looked to be a good design that hopefully would cope with the conditions up here. It is easy to install, and comes on reliably (on its lower power setting) every evening, and switches off at dawn. Any nearby movement causes it to switch to the bright setting. Though we have had precious little sun these last few weeks to recharge it, the light has never failed to operate as required. Considering that the weather here in northern Scotland has been a series of gales/rain/sleet and snow since the light was put up, I have to admit to being seriously impressed by its reliability to date. Long may that continue!

This light provides a good, long glow from what is here about the lowest amount of sunlight it will get all year where I have it placed in my back garden.I estimate this solar panel is getting about 5 hours of really not very optimum(angle, intensity) sunlight but it is managing to stay on dimly lit from dark(5pm) until at least 1am - beyond that I don't know or care really.I was confused when I got this as I thought, as it has a sensor, that this would turn off and then turn on when it senses someone - it doesn't. It has three settings - 'always on when dark' dim but then bright if it senses someone, 'always on when dark' bright , or the last 'setting' which is off. There is an almost invisible button which selects which mode you are in.I must stress that this unit doesn't get' bright' - on it's own it won't light anything up but it doesn't provide a nice glow.It's decent and you would see the light from a good distance but you won't see 'with' it.

I will certainly be purchasing more. Good light on sunny days at times of darkness. Lacks on cloudy days as most do. But overall this is a good one.
