This machine is AMAZING!!! I am obsessed with ice and eating ice (yes, I am anemic🤣). I had a bullet ice machine before this one but it stopped working and the ice wasn’t the best to chew. This Ice is perfect! It’s nugget ice like sonic but it’s soft… if you’re an ice girly like me, you know what soft ice is! The ice maker itself is great! Holds a lot of ice at one time. Fairly quiet. I don’t ever notice its noise! 10\10 recommend!

I'm addicted to nugget ice makers, and I've had a total of six. This one broke after six weeks. The one year warranty was complexly bogus, because it seems there is no one to honor it. Finally, Amazon gave me a partial refund, but this is the most unsatisfactory purchase ever.

Love this Tiny nugget ice machine.

Two major problems:1. the instructions tell you to unplug when you are not using it. It doesn't let me shut it off with the pushbutton. Very inconvenient for me.2. It takes much longer than advertised to get useable ice. I have to wait about an hour to get enough to scoop and it is very watery. It took many hours to get one full basket and because it is so watery, it freezes together after storing it in my freezer. I have to chop it all up after about 1/2 hour.

Worked ok for a couple of months and is now leaking and making tiny ice cubes

Worked great until I ran the clean cycle. Then somehow the chrome was removed from the fingers that create the ice. I noticed after cleaning that the cubes had a deep blue color or some chunks on it. Finally looked at the ice finger things and now they are just copper which creates the blue ice or chunks of blue in the ice. I just emailed them 3 days before the one year warranty and will see what happens. I will update this post if they do the right thing.

BEST .. ice is fantastic. doesn't taste like metal ... easy to use and worth the money.. ice doesn't melt fast like the cube ice .. mainly because the cube ice is NOT solid .. look closely and you will see what I am talking about .. I know from experience ... bought one of those and it was the biggest mistake.. returned the very next day .. it sucked !! ice was murky .. the melt ice maker.. sucked.. GO WITH THIS ONE !! you will love it !!!
