Here's the issue- I don't know if I don't like the product but I'm not going to risk it. Got here fast and well-packaged. It included four different cords and a warranty card but zero instructions for use. I finally found a QR code on the warranty card, went to the site for set up and was hit with a multi-step set up with downloads that were all in Chinese (I think, although I don't know my Asian scripts). I had no idea which button to click, nor did I know if I wanted to, then it took several minutes to get the page off my computer screen. Good grief and yikes.

I wouldn't recommend this product for a few reasons, but primarily, the quality of the materials are sub-par. The item is a cheap plastic with a magnet to conect to your phone. The alert light is almost impossible to see and positioned in the worst possible spot. The battery life, for what this is, is terrible and like everything else with this, there is no good way of knowing when the battery isn't working any longer.The quality of the sound is not good. The person on the other end of the phone comes through loud, and you sound like your in another room. The function toggle just snapped and no longer operates the recorder, it just goes up an down without doing anything. I assume most of these phone recorders are like this, so I recomend an app. It does the same thing, it's reliable, and the parts won't break on you.Finally, it doesn't always work and that is very frustrating, hoping the call is recorded then finding out, it wasn't. This happens quite a bit actually, I think it was because the toggle was broken but I can't say.Find something else, this company won't even respond to your inquiries, or complaints.

Sound is decent. Size is nice for how much storage it has. Recorders are very handy to have around!

Useless item, battery is not replaceable the recording quality is low

This was easy to follow directions and set up. It is light weight and easy to carry around. It did magnetize to the back of my phone. The recordings did play back with clear voices and saved with dates and times. Voice activated recordings work great. This has been great to record my meetings and listen to again later to review .

I've been using this device to record lectures every day, with each session lasting up to 3 hours, and it's been performing flawlessly. A standout feature is its voice-activated recording capability, which ensures it only records when it detects someone speaking or when there is an audible sound, saving space and eliminating silence.

Bought this to record meetings at work but tested it out on my husbands snoring. It worked great and now he believes me about the puffing noise he makes at night.
