High value for the money
This product turns your normal grill into a flat top grill! I use it for doing delicate fish and seafood! Itโs great to reverse sear your steak!!! Easy to clean and maintain. Perfect choice if you want to up your grilling game!

Not as impressive as other Lodge cookware
This doesn't live up to the rest of the Lodge cookware I own. It's certainly not flat and the initial surface is way rougher than other items I've gotten from them. On the plus side, it's thin, so it's light and was able to be bent back to being almost completely flat (using some ingenuity and a heavy duty vise. We'll use it on an induction stovetop, so flatness matters, but for a grill or camping it wouldn't matter much. I think now that it's flat it'll work okay, but it may warp back. Time will tell.

Great camping and at home
I got this for cooking on my 3 burner Coleman camp stove. I was able to cook breakfast for 6 easily, and still had a burner free for boiling water. It didn't heat quite as even as my cast iron, but it's much easier to wash and handle, plus less issues with rust, so it's a fair trade off. I also used it at home on my bridge burner to crank out tortillas, and it worked well on my glass top. Very happy with this, exactly what I was looking for!

Not flat
Pan is warped in a bowl shape, so it doesn't sit evenly on my cooktop and spins because it's not making contact on either end. My cooktop is induction so it's essentially useless since its only making contact in the middle. Was the perfect size I was looking for making pancakes. Too bad quality control is nonexistent to where asking for a flat surface is just too tall an order. Very Disappointed

Itโs ok. Find something better.
Con: itโs definitely not flat. It spins like a top. It Does not distribute heat. The outer edges do not cook. Might be too light. Pro: It heats fast. Itโs light. It is very non-stick. Handles eggs with zero issues.

Hard to beat a Lodge
Tried many different grills and griddles on the gas stove top, but nothing beats a Lodge. I scored a super bargain with Amazon warehouse used like new option. Extremely satisfied with this purchase. Overall this fits the grill nicely, straddling fairly even over the two of the burners and has slightly angled sides but not too high. Heats evenly, easy to clean and has sturdy handles to grab onto. Downside for those unfamiliar with cast iron is the weight, however that is design perfection which helps to maintain steady heat once reaching desired temperature stays hot. Will not warp or deform while cooking, no worries for clad aluminum melt down, just nice old fashioned reliable quality!

Cooking
I love the grill does stick have to get more seasoning built up on it

This pan fits our 6-top gas range perfectly and is much easier to work with than the heavier cast iron griddles I've owned in the past. The pan holds heat well enough to make proper smash burgers and it's non-stick enough that cooking eggs or fish works without issue, with a bit of care. The handles are a great addition for moving the pan out of the way for washing or cooling off. The pan cleans up easily given the tall lip and handles. I generally add water and bring it to a boil to lightly scrape off the stuck bits. With a light wipe in the sink when it cools down to remove any extra bits, I let it dry off and give it a light coating of oil with a clean cloth. If you find it loses its coating, you can add it back with the same basic process as a cast iron pan, though I haven't had to do that yet (I avoid acidic foods, and clean it carefully). This pan would also be great for camping (though this one is not leaving my kitchen any time soon).

Love cooking meat and burgers on this, absolutely perfect browning and crust. Iโm sure this will outlast me and I love the fact I can put it on the stove top, bbq or camp fire.

Bought this to use on my outdoor bbq to make smash burgers. Works great and easy to clean.

Pros: good handles; no channels to have to scrape fat out of; not terrible heavy; decent size. Cons: the cooking surface is quite rough, which means things are more likely to get caught in the roughness, and then it's harder to clean. It's seasoned and I'll keep it seasoned so it'll be okaaaay, but why not make the surface smooth? Very strange.
