What is the height from the seat to the top of the chair back?

26 inches from the top of the cushion. 29.5 from below the cushion.

The only cover you can unzip and take the foam out to wash it is the little lumbar pillow. The seat, back, arms, and ottoman cushions have to be spot cleaned. No zippers on them. Pretty misleading if you ask me, but for the price and the comfort and quiet (so far) it’s something I can live with. I have no kids, grandkids or pets though, so it will probably stay clean for a while. 😉

what type of material is the chair and ottoman made of?

The frames are wood and the cushions are just a cloth over padded material. Very comfortable.

Where do you order replacement cushions and arm cushions at for this chair?

Try AT HOMES, they have so many types of cushions, but I have never tried looking for new ones, I wash mine every other week, and I have two of them right now. Color fades a bit, but still look good after having 4 kids
