Just started using this product for medical reason. It is currently working as expected.

A friend told me about this, and I didn’t believe it would be helpful. Boy, was I wrong. This supplement has been a game changer. I have slept solidly since I started taking it.

The Sundance magnesium glycinate was ordered for use in my daily supplement regimen.These were ordered to aid with the magnesium obtained from food. Since I eat a good amount of food (nuts and other foods) higher in magnesium, I wanted to a supplement that provided a good amount of magnesium, but not enough that more than a daily recommended amount received. This product provides me with 120 mg of magnesium per day.The capsules are easy to take, and do not produce the dredded "gag effect" for me. One of the features of this product that I like is that the ingredients are non-gmo and do not contain any artificial flavors, sweeteners, or color.BOTTOM LINE: These capsules provide me with a good amount of magnesium and have not produced any adverse side effects. The price for 50 capsules is OK, but certainly not great. Given all of the various factors, I would order this product again.

It says this comes with 50 servings, but then you look at the label and see it tells you to take 3 capsules every day. So if you follow that advice, you're going to run out of these in about 16 days. I personally don't think 3 per day is necessary, but everyone's needs are different.These are also a bit more expensive that others I've seen, when you consider the price versus the amount of capsules, as well as the amount of magnesium in each capsule.

I’m a mag supplement connoisseur and glycinate is my favorite—doesn’t leave you running to the bathroom. This one gives you 29% of your RDA, 120mg, per capsule. It does say on the bottle you will need to take 3 per day, which is a bit annoying for me.The capsules are medium size and have no taste or smell (but…how would one taste a capsule?)I do like that Sundance is a genuine US company. I’ve reviewed a few things where the “address” was someone’s house, a farm property, or a coworking space. I suppose most of our consumer goods are made in random overseas locations these days but I like when a company is transparent.Overall, even given the low dosage, I think this is a good mag supplement. I suppose I can just take more to meet my needs.

Good I suppose? It's impossible to say if a supplement works after only a month of use, but seems to be ok, and no adverse effects, and I think that is the most important thing I can say!

I typically take magnesium glycinate for (bowel) regularity as well as for the mildly relaxing benefits, and these "Sundance Magnesium Glycinate Capsules | 665 mg | 50 Quick Release Pills" seem to be working quite well for me in both fronts.I like the capsule form as well as the typical size of the capsules that I'm used to, but some with pill-swallowing difficulty may find them a bit large. The 665mg amount seems to be a good fit for me at this point in my life, and thankfully I've not had any issues with these capsules as of this writing. I wouldn't hesitate to get these again as they seem to provide just what I personally feel I need. Thanks for reading.
