Insomnia interstate.
Don’t take this supplement unless you want to experience insomnia. I should have done more research on the combination of these three amino acids. A combination of these three will cause you to stare at the ceiling all night and not close your eyes and get a restful nights sleepI just finished up my 30 day supply yesterday. I hope my sleeping pattern returns to normal ASAP. This product should have a warning on it. if I could rate a negative star, this product would receive the highest. I highly do not recommend this product to anyone.
