Tivusat SmarCAM without TivuSat Card (May not be available in all countries)

Better than another set top box.
Works well in my LG TV, just pop in a valid smart card to unscramble all the Tivusat channels.

Gets Italian TV just fine (you have to put the card in it obviously)
