Perfect natural sugar free alternative for dealing with cystitis
I'm so impressed with this product. I hate drinking the sachet 'powder' options that are loaded with sugar (not helpful for repetitive cystitis) from over the counter pharmacies. But after following this products instructions (take 1 or 2 caplets a day) I have managed to stay cystitis free, which is so liberating! I now don't need them on a daily basis, I just take them for a few days after sex, whilst drinking plenty of water, and it has kept my cystitis at bay.

they have made my symptoms 100 times worse - itching and burning that is far worse than ...
I was advised to take take these by a physiotherapist specialist in women's health and also by my GP (who didn't name the brand but any concentrated cranberry supplement} following a diagnosis of overactive bladder. However, they have made my symptoms 100 times worse - itching and burning that is far worse than any attack of cystitis I have ever had. I have used cranberry juice in the past with no problems, and it may just be me that cannot tolerate the concentrated form, but I just wanted to share my experience so that others can be fore-warned.

Thought that capsule was small enough to swallow, but they are not so is it okay to open them up, and put the powder in water or sprinkle on food
