It gave me me more energy than I had. I wasn't hyper. I didn't crash. I was able to do what was needed without passing out or crying. Both of which seemed like realistic outcomes before I took it.

This is an awesome supplement! I felt like myself again in 2 weeks time of taking this! Being from the caribbean I have always drank seamoss but since I can't find good quality seamoss where I am living now, I decided to use this. My brother recommended this brand and He was right!
