Gloves 007Men's Dress Leather Gloves

These may work well for winter gloves, but do NOT buy these if you intend to wear them to a formal occasion. The leather is incredibly low quality--"Genuine" refers to a grade of leather just above bonded leather--and literally was crumbling in about five minutes. I even soaked them in hot water while wearing them to break them in, and they look more like gardening gloves at this point.I won't be returning them, but if you're looking for a pair of gloves to wear with a suit, or with a white- or black-tie outfit, get some nicer lambskin ones with or without lining.EDIT: About a week after I've posted this, the snaps are BADLY rusting, and one is bent out of shape. Have updated my review to one star because I don't want you to get tetanus from these.

The first pair looked very nice, but almost immediately the threads began to break. I returned then and the second pair did the same. I returned them and now, on my third pair, same story. I'm not returning these because it isn't worth the trouble, but they certainly can't serve as the dress gloves I had wanted. For looks they're very nice. I think the problem is that the manufacturer has used some cheap threat that simply doesn't hold u.I'm disappointed too that the company made no desire to explain - I'll just keep the last pair (with stitching coming loose on the little finger.I've never abused any clothing, especially dress clothing. These gloves began to unravel almost immediately.This company needs work.

Pros: color is as pictured fit is perfect on the handCons: came with black smudges on both gloves. came with one of the fingers discolored/undyed at the tip. gap around the wrist even when buttoned.These seem like they could be good fall gloves to wear out and about, but only for short stints, if at all, in the true winter months in the North coast states. It seems like purchasing these gloves is a gamble. You might get a terrible pair, great pair or, as I did, an ostensibly good pair with imperfections. I like them well enough to keep and this particular color has been a bear to find otherwise. I was not looking for a "fine" pair of gloves, but for those who are more discriminating like I normally am, I would not be able to recommend the product based on my experience.

The gloves I received were not the ones pictured. The ones I received had no snap and were a much darker color. The fingers are extremely long and the palm is very tight. I will be returning these.

The gloves look nice and seem nicely made for the price. However I measured carefully; the measurement said to get large (which is what I always wear).I tried to put them on and they were very tight around the knuckle area (which was the place it said to measure). I was afraid to make a hard fist as I thought it would cause them to split. After carefully pulling them on, the fingers were at least an inch too long.I would send them back, but with the current COVID-19 scare, I have no desire to go to the return office.Unless your hands are like those of a Spider monkey, I cannot recommend them.

When I first came across these gloves, I loved the style and wanted to order them in many colors, but didn't know what size to order. Being a Prime member, I decided to order one Medium pair and one Large pair and then I would send the size back that didn't fit and order more colors of the size that fit. When the Medium and Large pairs arrived, both were too big. :( I returned both of those sizes and then ordered one pair of Small gloves. The Small gloves were perfect, so I ordered 7 more pairs of different colors. When the gloves arrived 5 of the 8 pairs fit perfectly, but 3 pairs were so small that I couldn't even get my hand into them. I returned them and ordered the 3 pairs that were too small in a Medium and they fit.What fits me.....Small - Black, Dark Brown, English Tan, Blue, BurgundyMedium - Cognac, Light Tan, Saddle BrownWhen you order, be mindful that sizes vary by color.didn't I ordered 8 different colors to match my shoes. BeS I originally ordered a pair of M and a pair of L and figured that I would send one pair back and then order more in theSo far I am happy with my new gloves once I finally received the correct size.

I would have been pleased to give these gloves five stars, but must convey that one glove had a small hole in the side of a finger. Having worked in leather a good bit, I quickly fixed the problem, but certainly should not have had to do so. That was a disappointment. However, they do look great and will be a good addition to my early 19th century British naval uniform when worn for a formal setting.

I don't ever pay this much for gloves.......BUT...can't beat them! your hands feel SO protected and comforted.Need to get another pair. as they age, my crazy Japanese wife thinks they're contaminated.....Thanks so much, guys!
