Quickly corrected packing mistake!
I am enjoying my FPGA board and learning about FPGA programming. I ordered the PMOD version and was shipped the ram version by mistake, but was contacted prior to its arrival to let me know they were going to ship the pmod parts. Great experience!

Awesome!
Had my doubts about what the designer experience would be like but Gowin's suite just works and is quite feature rich, all things considered. The board itself is a stellar deal, especially considering the FPGA is already socketed. I'm looking at the pro dock now that sipeed has me converted.

SD card reader was defective :(
Everything worked but the card reader. Takes too long to send back.

Flexible development board with great documentation and examples
I honestly have to admit that I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this board, but I love tinkering with SBCs and this one added the twist of being RISC-V. The Sipeed Wiki has lots of good information to get you started with this board. I ended up picking up a few modules and turned it into a retro gaming console using SNESTang. Working on developing a 3D printed case for it now. Overall, very please with this one.

Want to play with RISCV? This is a good kit
I've been messing with this device for a little while, figuring out how to best utilize it. So far I've got it running a small time server that's battery backed and it's been running well for over a month at this point. Thinking about turning this one into a greenhouse monitoring project but we'll see.

Smaller than I thought, still a good board
I have the SDRAM version as I wanted to be able to learn about how to program SDRAM. Wish there were more instructions on what pin of the FPGA correlates to what pin on the extension board, but the boards are both open-sourced hardware.
