Great book and awesome recipe s in it as well

I have only just started leafing through this little cook book and I'm delighted with it. The variety of recipes from basics to quite unusual ideas like mead made with rhubarb is fascinating. The illustrations are lovely, as is the feel of the book, I will have to be careful to keep it clean!

This is a fun way to combine the joy of the moomins with some yummy food. We made a whole dinner party spread with recipes from the book, including a particularly delicious salad. It is split into seasons as well as courses. Some of the recipes for sandwiches are perhaps not necessary in adult life, but would be a good way to get your kids enthusiastic about making their own lunch!

Item came on time and was a perfect copy.It is a gift for my granddaughter who will be 7 in September and is a Christmas present for her along with other Moomin products.I hope she will like it as despite her very young age she is a very competent and keen cook.I think it maybe more suitable for slightly older children, even adults but she will be wanting to read and cook the fun meals .

Different and interesting cook book. Illustrations and text alongside recipes are wonderful and Moomin-esk! This would be enhanced with pictures of the food/recipes but risks detracting from the quirkiness of the book. Would be a lovely gift for any Moomin and food lover!

Lovely book, with lots of illustrations. The recipes look fun too - lots of fruit and summer puddings. Great talking point too :)

Bought as a gift for my mum. Really appreciated. Alogn with recipes there's small stories and great illustrations. For for adults and kids!

Es interesante aprender sobre otra gastronomía y el libro lo pone muy accesible para principiantes o niños porque señala cuales recetas son las más simples, además de contener un índice de las citas textuales de acuerdo a los 9 libros. Si eres fan no puede faltar en tu colección, vienen todas las recetas clásicas que se supone los Moomin consumían <3

Really cute and a great addition to my bookshelf! Unfortunately I may not be brave enough to try most of these.

E' davvero bellissimo, e incentiva sia la voglia di cucinare che di imparare l'inglese.. a dire la verità devo ancora provare le ricette contenute, ma, anche dovessero risultare terribili (e non intendo per colpa mia!), solo i disegni valgono l'acquisto!
