Great peppers. Not too spicy.

Tasty and versatile
Love these peppers diced up in pasta salads or stir fries or with an ordeuve (sp?) platter et al. Beware these will explode in your mouth if you eat them out of the jar though. ๐คฃ

Very tasty, love it in tuna salad
Can you say yummy?... This stuff is so good in Tuna salad and Salmon salad... not to mention it's great in chicken wraps and on hotdogs...

Great taste with a nice touch of heat
I like the fact that these are sweet peppers not sweetened with sugar or corn syrup. They still have a nice but mild bite to them. I like to cut off the top, dig out the seeds and stuff them with a piece of anchovie and sharp cheddar cheese plus a drizzle of olive oil. You might not love them at first try but if you're like me you'll wind up craving them at the end.
