OOONO Co-Driver NO2 - Next Gen. Traffic Safety Alarm - Warns of Speed Cameras and Road Hazards - Rechargeable - LED Indicator - CarPlay & Android Auto Compatible

I’ve been using the OOONO Co-Driver NO2 for a few days and honestly it’s one of those gadgets you don’t realise you need until you have it. Setup was really straightforward — connected it to the app once and now it just works automatically every time I get in the car, which is a big plus. No messing around with starting apps or checking my phone while driving. The alerts are clear with both sound and lights, so you don’t have to take your eyes off the road. The speed camera warnings have been very reliable so far, especially for fixed cameras. It gives you plenty of notice to check your speed without being too distracting. I also like that it warns about road hazards reported by other drivers, which adds an extra layer of awareness. The whole system is based on a community of drivers sharing updates in real time, which is a great idea and generally works well. Battery charging via USB-C is much more convenient than older devices and is holding its charge well so far. Another big bonus is that there’s no subscription — just a one-time purchase and you’re good to go. Only small downside is that hazard alerts can be a bit hit and miss depending on how many people are using it in your area, but for speed camera alerts it’s been spot on for me. Overall, really happy with this purchase. Makes driving feel a bit more relaxed and definitely worth it if you do a lot of miles.

Great bit of kit. It spotted a safety camra on a motorway bridge 3/4's of a mile away within the first 10 minutes of getting it. That I wouldn't have noticed until too late had I been speeding. Simple to use and understand. Battery was 3/4 full when I started using. It lasted a while weekend away. It's compatable with all modern phone charging leads. Get one as a reminder to check your speed.

I am very pleased with this. It has freed ne up to think about the road again instead of being constantly worried about the speed limit. I. Also found it easy to follow the set up instructions, no mean feet at 83! I definitely recommend this to anyone worried about accidently breaking speed limits.

Very helpful. Small and discreet. You can disable green flashing on light in settings. I have an iphone with carplay display. I use waze for maps and it integrates well. Alarms are loud enough. Easy to access buttons. Very easy to link to iphone. Warns well in advance. I especially like the speed limit warning. You can adjust how much over the limit by percentage or mph. The warning alarm is very effective. The speed camera warning is epic, and slightly humerous. Well worth the money.

Absolutely fantastic device, I don’t know how I was driving around without this before. The more people who get them are the better experience it’ll be for everyone so don’t hesitate and buy one. It’s so easy to set up and it’s never Mr. Speed camera for me it connects to your phone or straight away without you having to touch your phone so you can just get in the car and drive and it’s already connected battery life is amazing. I literally can’t fault it.

This is a great idea in principal but for me it has two issues that ruin it. It is all about the alerts. The volume, even on maximum, is way too low. It is easy to miss when doing 30mph and so what it would be like at a faster speed (maybe with a window open) concerns me. The other issue is the length of the alert. The unit emits two sets of two beeps. Each set lasts about a second and together the whole alert might last for three seconds. This should be much longer in my opinion. So if the alerts were longer and louder then I would have kept the product as it is pretty good in other respects. It is nice and small, it re-connects to your phone automatically and it is easy to mount inside the car. Be aware that you need to have it connected to your phone via BT in order for it to operate fully.
