Surprisingly smooth and comfortable! Handles sensitive areas with ease and had no nicks or irritation. Waterproof, cordless, and super easy to use. Blades stay sharp and it’s honestly better than other popular brands I’ve tried.

I'm giving this a single star because it arrived with a non-UK plug and would not charge despite me searching through all our foreign adapters and finding one that I thought fitted. Nowhere in the product descreiption did it warn that this was an item equipped with a non-UK plug and neither did it say what sort of adapter was needed. For such a well-known brand, this is a huge error. I returned the item the day after It arrived. And am now waiting for a refund.

Works fine but you do need a adapter for the charger if you from uk or don’t use an EU outlet

Why did you choose this product over others?:I’m told this product works well. Only downfall is, if you are based in the UK, it arrives with an EU plug. I couldn’t see anywhere on the product info about this. Little bit of an inconvenience but it arrives charged and I just bought an EU to UK plug adapter. Wouldn’t have been caught so off guard if it was mentioned in the info! 1 star taken off for this reason.
