Overall I’m happy with this. It’s small, but powerful. Does exactly what I need for cleaning the car and I even managed to blast the slabs which turned out great! The standard hose is fine but I decided to buy a longer one so I didn’t have to keep adjusting it. It’s lightweight and very compact so storage is easy. Functionality is simple, easy to set up and use. My only grumble is these ridiculous clips which hold the hose cable in place - they break so easily and are a total nightmare to remove! As someone with larger hands, this design causes me no end of frustration, but thankfully you can buy better quality spares from amazon.

A nice compact version of the k3. Received this pressure washer today and first impressions are nothing short of excellent. This pressure washer came nicely boxed and because this is a compact version, the cardboard box wasn’t big at all so it makes the process of discarding the cardboard nice and easy. Upon opening the box, the instructions and warranty information are what greeted me first. If I register this pressure washer, Karcher themselves will protect me for general component failure for 24 months which is reassuring and nice to have. The instructions are a little vague. I find the instructions, especially the photos a little confusing. However, I personally had no issues with this pressure washer due to having previous experience with other Karcher pressure washes so the instructions were not needed for myself. The power cable supplied (5m) was more than enough for myself. I love the feature of storing the power cable at the bottom of the pressure washer. It makes it so easy to transport. The hose length I did not measure but, it looks like a pretty standard hose length for a pressure washer. The hose itself comes coiled up for packaging purposes so, on my first use I spent a few minutes making sure the hose was extended fully without kinks to prolong the life of the hose but it feels nice and strong. In my photos you can see where the hose connects on both the pressure washer and the gun. Both the yellow and grey clips operate the same at each end. I personally know these clips have been designed for a long time now and I think an update would be nice. They are intended to be squeezed to release the clips to attach the hose however, I found I had to pull the clips off using the lip. I do not intend of removing the hose after every use so I personally haven’t got an issue but if I wanted to remove the hose after every use, I would probably order some spare clips just incase. In the box is a black tap connector. This just simply screws on underneath where the grey C clip connector is. My hose then just clipped on like most other water garden tools and accessories without any issues or signs of a water leak. I have found no water leaks as of yet. Before I connected my pressure washer to power and turned it on, I connected the water and activated the trigger gun. I did this to release any air locks that may be in the system prior to use before power is introduced which will help the motor last much longer. I operate the gun until a nice flow of water without any spitting is all that remains. This is my first pressure washer without wheels. What did I think? LOADS better. I’ve always been a big believer in having wheels will make it easier. It really doesn’t. In my experience, all that happens is once the garden hose, power cable or pressure lance reaches its limits, the pressure washer fell over. NOT WITH THIS ONE. Because the pressure washer is designed to sit on the floor in one position, if the cable or a hose is at its limit, that’s it. You don’t move. You resolve the problem, without damaging anything. I think this version of a pressure washer is so much easier to work with. Yes, you might have to spend slightly more time moving it into a better position but, I would choose this any day of the week instead of risking damaging an expensive pressure washer. The handle feels very strong and long lasting and I personally have no issue with the weight of this pressure washer. I previously had a k2 and I can confirm this pressure washer is the tiniest bit better at removing dirt so it does make jobs slightly easier but that was to be expected with having a slightly bigger motor than the k2. I’ve used this pressure washer to clean my conservatory, slabs, brick wall & my car. It has been more than powerful enough to tackle every single job. I have not used the included suction hose so I cannot comment on this part however, I personally like to use a separate attachment bottle if I want to use cleaning detergents to make my jobs easier at lifting stubborn dirt. For the price I paid, I think it was very fair and competitive. It’s a 10/10 from me folks!

It comes with everything needed to get started straight away, including the high-pressure gun, spray lance and dirt blaster, so setup is quick and straightforward. For a relatively compact unit, the cleaning power is impressive. It works well on patios, garden furniture, and even lightly soiled paving, lifting dirt and grime without too much effort. The dirt blaster attachment is especially useful for more stubborn areas, giving that extra boost when needed. The machine itself is lightweight and easy to move around, which makes a big difference when working across different areas. Storage is also fairly simple thanks to its horizontal design, and it doesn’t take up too much space. I took it out of the box, used it and the. Couldn’t for the life of me fit all the parts back in especially the hose arm. So I can’t use the box for storage. The 4m hose is adequate for smaller areas, although for larger spaces you may find yourself repositioning the unit more often. That said, for everyday cleaning tasks around the home, it performs reliably and consistently. This is a practical, easy-to-use pressure washer that delivers good results for regular outdoor cleaning without being overly bulky or complicated.

The Karcher K3 Horizontal is the lighter version of the K3 Classic with the same features and much more convenient. It is easy to carry and move around as it only weighs 3.7kg. I wasn't expecting this pressure washer to be so powerful but when I used it I was shocked because it has a lot of power and it got every tough grime and dirty of my car leaving it clean. It comes with all accessories that come with other range pressure washers. I was expecting the pressure washer to be loud like other pressure washers but this one is much more quiter giving a pleasant feeling when using. It has a pressure bar of 120 bar and a flow rate of 380l/h and it also has a long power cable i used the pressure washer continuously for about 20 minutes and it ran beautiful without over heating which is great. The best thing about this Pressure Washer is that it comes with 5 years Guarantee if you register it with karcher after purchase. I think the K3 Horizontal is the best Pressure Washer in Karchers Mid Range affordability and it does a amazing job I will definitely be using this much more often to clean my car and to clean my patios in my garden. I will keep this for more than 3 years as it's quality is brilliant.
