Outer packaging far too big. The tile was sliding about in the box and the labelling did not mention that the contents were FRAGILE at all.The tile itself was a beautiful work of art. Pity it had two huge cracks right across it. I have sent for a replacement, but it will be too late for her Birthday on 1st March. What a disappointment.
