I read all the different reviews, and I’m all about saving a few bucks. But I took a chance on this option despite being a bit more than other choices and I’m so glad I did! The necklace itself is so durable and high quality, it doesn’t tangle or knot at all. I’m a dog bather/groomer and it’s held up against all sorts of chaos so far. I love the cleaning tool and added motivational charm as well. For those quitting smoking, think of all the money you’re saving, and make sure you’re investing in the best chance for yourself to stay away from smoking. I’m 10 days cold turkey after 22 years of pretty heavy smoking. It really helps if you’re ready to quit!

Feels nothing like smoking a cigarette or a vape. Pretty, but doesn’t work.

Saw these advertised and went to amazon to buy one. It comes with a really nice motivational charm with your initial on it that I thought was a very nice touch. I wish there was more drag to it though as it’s basically a short metal straw. I stuffed a little piece of cotton from a qtip in the end and got the effect I wanted. So with some minor adjustments it works ok. Didn’t do much with the cravings when I quit vaping but as the time passed and the cravings subsided it did become my lil emotional stupport straw haha. Plus I really like the charm!

Chain broke 2nd day I wore it without getting caught on anything

I bought 2 of these for my daughter and her husband. They have not used them yet. They quit smoking by switching to vape.. now they are hooked on vape 😕 I'm hoping when they are ready to quit vaping, these will help satisfy the oral craving. I wish I'd had one of these when I quit smoking years ago.

I love my breathing necklace. It really helps me to remember to so purse lip breathing for my Copd. It looks like a necklace very well made, chains nice and the price was reasonable. Definitely worth the money.

Amazing product! Not only does it help with my anxiety but also with not smoking. It came with a little cleaning kit and packaged very well. The chain was longer than I expected but that’s fine. Probably between 28”-30”. My favorite thing is the initial charm with the inspirational message on the back. I definitely recommend this!

This is a beautiful breathing necklace but unfortunately after having it for a week the chain already broke right at the clasp.
