After popping in 3 AAA batteries (not included) into this nightlight, it had a very pleasant light! There is a button on the side to change between the three brightness levels, low, medium or high. It has a switch on top for light sensing and always on.My son is a minecraft fanatic. Almost everything he owns is minecraft. This night light was a great collection. He can put it near his bed or stick it to the wall. I would have liked to see this as rechargable USB or plug in, but it's also nice that he can bring it to bed with him.

It's great, but it's really small for the price

This Minecraft creeper night light is just as promised; it’s a bright light with strong adhesive to affix to the wall, and is a great comfort to those of us who enjoy Minecraft. It feels like a more expensive item, so I appreciate the great value it carries.

I picked the long torch light over this to give as a gift. I didn’t like how it lite up looked bad.

Useless, doesn’t stay on no matter if it’s on automatic or manual. 25.00 for a night light is outrageous and it doesn’t even work!

Ok, here’s the deal with the sensor. It seems to need direct, close or bright light, otherwise the night light will turn on. In my kid’s bedroom, the nightlight has to be higher/closer to the room light than it does in the bathroom which is a smaller and brighter room. If I move my arm over the sensor in a lit room, it will turn on. If the sensor function isn’t working because of the lighting in your space of choice, it will either just be on all the time, or you will need to put it on manual. In that mode, you push the button on the top to turn it on. The brightness is also adjusted that way to one of 3 levels. This light does NOT have a plug. It requires 3 AAA batteries and is hung either on a nail or with the provided adhesive Velcro. Currently, ours is just sitting on a counter. The light looks cool and works for what we intended, so we’re happy with it.

If I would hav me realized this required batteries, I wouldn’t have ordered it. It would be nice if the sensor actually worked to help save the battery life. But it doesn’t work well at all so if you forget to turn it off there goes your battery. I ordered this for my 7 year old son and he has forgot to turn it off in the morning a few times now. Don’t think I’ll be wasting money on batteries for this much longer.

Puts out a decent amount of light on the highest setting. Wish the ambient light sensor was a little more sensitive and that there was an option to power it from a wall outlet.

Da mein Sohn total auf Minecraft steht, habe ich ihm dieses Licht geholt. Was soll ich sagen? Sieht aus wie ein Creeper, macht, was es soll und Kind ist happy.3 Sterne nur, weil ich jede Woche die Akkus wechseln kann... Vorher hatte er ein vergleichbares, da hielt der Akku einen Monat mindestens.
