Not as expected.
This item worked very well but it did not fit all around my waist because I am too fat. I was sad to return the product. I asked the company for a longer belt but they gave me a refund instead.

Not a good purchase for me
The belt did not fit my waist. Very disappointed. Said it fit up to 50 inches and my waist is 42 inches. I was hoping to use it to lose some of my gut. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it. I just finished going through a long experience of returning a DVD player so it not worth it to go through another return.

Works if you use it
I have been using this for a few weeks, I can notice a difference, you just have to be consistent.

Works Great
I've bought a couple of these products over the years and this one is by far the best for the price. The strap on the back makes a world of difference compared to the ones that rely on adhesive. This one is a winder for me, saw results within a week

Would recommend but not for Abs maybe just toning.
It didn't give me Abs but i felt the stimulation. I dont use it daily and I've have it for a few months now. The belt was adjustable and fit fine.
