I have been using these for my ankles as i have sprained my ankles and have bad pains from the ligments / joints or tendon sometimes. I would say they have been helping a little , I certainly do not wear them that long as its on instruction As after 4/5hours + they do sometimes heat up a bit and feels like its burning each is what they supposed to do however in some spots for my ankle sprains it does not feel the best the heat , however for my tendon it does feel good . So i would say it depends if u need heat for muscle or cold , if heat then this patch is deffo it. My skin does not get any iritation from it but like i said the moment i feel some burning like feeling, each does not feel too good for my ankles , i take them off . They have very strong herbal scent too I do feel less pain in my ankles when having them on each helps me in my journey to recover and stand this pain :) i will be buying these again for sure I didnt used them for nothing else except my ankles so far so unsure how any other body parts .

It’s easy to apply. It’s useful for any joint or muscular aches. It is warming and it did reduce inflammation around my badly damaged knee making walking easier. I was very sceptical even knowing about the power or contact herbal remedies. I’ve recommended it to my best friend. Try it yourselves. I have no connection with the company producing them either.

These are truly a life saver for me as I suffered with alot of joint pain throughout my body and fibromyalgia pain. Don't know what I would do with out them.

This was working for me but after using one pack it gave me a very red rash on the stick-on area which has still not gone after 2 weeks so sadly I won't be using it again.

Wasn't really expecting these to work but decided to take a chance,was very pleasantly surprised, they work really well,far better than taking painkillers/anti inflammatories,also the effects continues after use so don't have to use them every day.Those of us with hairy legs will find they adhere better if you shave your knees!

Not good at all in my opinion. Not beneficial and waste of money sadly.

Sorry I wrote an incorrect review earlier. These are really good . My husband wears them most nights when in extreme pain and they really do help him. He definitely is much better in the morning. There is a slight smell but definitely not offensive even creams have some form of odour. Will certainly buy again and highly recommend

If you have knee pain you desperately want these to work. I have an orthritic knee but the pain is in the ligaments at the back of the knee so I use these patches which fit neatly over the ligaments. I am unsure whether they work os there is a distraction as the patch in this position is uncomfortable but th e pain is masked so to an extent they work. One disadvantage is the patches when pulled off leaves some sticky stuff on the skin. There is another disadvantage in that the backing is difficult to pull off.
