I don’t know what I’d of done without it, brilliant for breathing through cravings and when/if getting agitated when trying to stop smoking, it helps take your mind away from those horrible feelings , the ring bit I put on my finger and twiddle around with it, when unable to use the tube, another distraction, both a great help to me, thank you :)

I have no idea why this had so many good reviews because it is no different to breathing air with it than it is without it!? The tube is big enough so it doesn’t help with box breathing or to stop smoking because to do that the tube would have to be smaller. Waste of money!

I'm using it as an aid to quit smoking, also got nicorette mouth spray, it's been four days since my last cigarette and I feel like I'm doing ok, I wear it around my neck or it's in my pocket for work, when I feel a craving coming on, have a spray, wait five mins or so and have a pretend puff on the tube thingy, try to trick your brain! You've got to want to quit though otherwise it ain't gonna work for you.

Still getting used to it . So far it has helped . You have to be precise with your breaths

The ring is great for when im anxious keeps me calm

I was expecting there to be some resistance or effort needed to inhale and exhale, but it’s like sucking through a wide straw and didn’t give the stress relief I was looking for. So I went to return it, only to realise… you can return it after use. Made me wonder has somebody used this before me? Because it didn’t come in any brand new protective packaging. And if I return it, will it be cleaned before selling on again? Hmm.. Just something to think about.
