I am very happy with both the product and the seller of this patio furniture set, and I would give them both five stars for their quality and service.The product itself is a nice addition to my patio. It looks stylish and comfortable, and it offers great value for its price. It is not as durable as a more expensive set, but it is sturdy enough for our needs. It took me some time to assemble it, but the instructions were clear and the item came with all the tools and hardware I needed. You can see how it looks on my patio in the picture I attached. The cushions are also nice and cozy. They are water-resistant and dry quickly after it rains. The only minor issue I have is that the cushions tend to slide off the seats sometimes. I noticed that an older version of the product had laces to tie the cushions to the backrests, but this feature seems to be discontinued. It would be nice to have it back, or maybe some velcro or zipper to keep the cushions in place.The seller is outstanding and deserves a special mention. They were very responsive and helpful when I contacted them with some issues. My item arrived with a broken glass top for the center table, which was disappointing. However, the seller immediately shipped a replacement glass, which arrived in perfect condition. I also told the seller that I was missing a few screws and that I broke one of the clips that connect the sofas together. These were not major problems, and I could manage without them, but the seller was kind enough to send me a full box of screws and clips, just in case. I was very impressed by their customer service and generosity. I wish all Amazon sellers were as nice as this one. I would definitely buy more products from them in the future.

I was sceptical, not knowing what the quality would be and how thick the cushions were,but I would absolutely recommend this couch. It is absolutely beautiful. And came a week earlier than expected. Packed very well not even a scratch on any thing. And comes with all the tools you will need. Does take some time to put together but the directions are very easy to understand.

Very nice set especially for the price. One part of the sectional arrived with a hole and customer service was great. They immediately sent another package with a new chair. Not sure how durable it will be since we got it recently but looks pretty sturdy and cushions are very firm and thick. There is only one negative part about the whole experience… when the furniture arrives in four large boxes, as expected all the pieces are separate to be put together. That part is easy, however they stuff cushions inside of another piece of chair and it’s almost impossible to pull out. My husband who is very athletic and strong could hardly pull it out. If a woman or an older couple buys this set I can’t imagine how they will pull the cushions out of the seat. I am sure they jam them in there to save on space for shipping, however it is definitely a major task to get them out. Another couple of friends purchased the same set and had heck of a time with cushions as well. ( they are in their early 40s) Probably took longer to pull cushions out then put together the whole set!Would I still recommend the set? Absolutely! Great customer service and furniture looks nice once assembled!

I love this outdoor furniture set! It has really enhanced the enjoyment I get now from my back deck! It does take some time to put together, but it’s all fairly easy to assemble. I definitely recommend this set! 👍🏻👍🏻

The media could not be loaded. Like others, not all the boxes showed up even after amazon marked it delivered. There was ZERO communication from the seller about the number of boxes that were supposed to be delivered and only one tracking number.There aren’t actually directions on how to put this together, just some basic pictures. Barely any of the parts were labeled and some of the parts were double labeled so it was confusing as to what went where. The tools they give you are basically useless so make sure to use your own drill. Many of the washers were damaged.It does look very nice. The cushions are nice and thick, but they do slide around a lot. These are absolutely not at all waterproof or water resistant, the first rain we got this soaked up like big sponges.I wish I had spent more for a better product from The start. I now need to spend money waterproofing the cushions or buying a cover, and figuring out a solution to keep the cushions from sliding around.

Let me start off by saying the product is great. I had never bought a patio set before and this one seems to be holding up pretty well. The downside is if you are doing this yourself it will take a few hours to set up. We purchased the upgraded fire pit (Which I would highly recommend.) The cushions are very nice and the covers on the cushions are even better. One thing I wish that we included was a way to keep the cushions attached to the wicker as they do move around a ton. Again, 5 5-star rating with a 4-star assemble.

Patio set came in three big boxes. They arrived on 3 different days which was a little strange. It's a bit like putting IKEA furniture together. Comes with all of the screws and tools needed to assemble. One of the pictures advised the wrong screws for the table legs, but I figured it out. If you have a drill the process will go much faster than if you use the little hand tools it comes with. I'd say give yourself about 2 hours to put all of the furniture together if it's just one person. The quality for the price seems very good. The chairs/cushions are comfortable and the bottoms are easy to adjust so the chairs don't wiggle. It's easy to move the chairs around to configure the set up in a way that fits your needs. I did purchase the furniture cover so that we can protect the furniture through the winter. It's too early to know how well the future will hold up through the seasons, but for an initial impression, I say this is a great buy for a modest budget.
