Missing parts, no understood way to reach out to manufacturer.
carrier is okay, though the pictures are ALL AI/Computer generated. Also, We were missing the dowel rod for ours so we had to make one out of a stick for a perch so the birds had something to sit on. Secures the birds just fine.
