Rolleiflex 24611 Mini Digi AF 5.0 Camera (Black)

I bought it just for the look and wasn't expecting it to give quality results. However, for your information, you cannot hang this camera over your neck because the battery cover is very loose and falls from time to time. Poor built quality.

$US266 is a lot to pay for a 5 megapixel camera. This is not a 5 megapixel camera, at it claims to be. It is a 3 megapixel camera that 'interpolates' the rest of the picture. Digital zoom, anyone? $US266 is far too much to pay for a 3 megapixel camera.The buttons on the camera feel uncertain and fragile. Maybe they are reproducing the tactile sensations of the original camera with admirable fidelity but they did not give the impression of durability.The cover for the battery and SD card is tricky to get off the first time. It also does not feel like it has really locked into place when you put it back. You want to feel confident that it is secure since there is no hinge to it and it is not attached to the camera in any way when it is not engaged. If it falls open, it is gone.Not the fault of the camera but Amazon had a pairing of this camera and an SD card. Be aware that this camera takes a mini SD card. I do not begrudge the purchase of the SD because I can and will use it for other things but it would not be possible to use it with this camera.It will also be impossible for me to use the card with this camera because I have sent the camera back.Not impressed.

This cam is really cool for several reasons, but also not cool for a few. First, the spy cam feature. You wear it around your neck, and shoot away. If you love candid shots, as I do, you will love it. 9 times out of 10, no one knows you're taking a pic ;) Although, it doesn't always shoot for some reason. I doesn't seem to work well in cold weather, or in low light situations (obviously b/c there's no flash). On the other hand, the square format and good pixel quality is sure to please. Its tiny, and people are intrigued by its format. If you love photography, you are sure to have hours of PHUN!

Expect very little from this camera. I won't deny this: It looks cool, and is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, but the camera shoots about as good of quality as the original camera phones (read: awful). Not worth the cash, in my opinion.

i read many reveiws about this camera some good and some bad but it is such a neat looking camera i figured the worst that happen is i could turn it into a paper weight. so i placed an order and waited for it to arrive.finally the day came and when i opened the box it was just as i pictured a really neat looking mini camera with a lot of detail. after charging the battery i went to work taking pictures. i was very surprised to see that the pictures were good -nice color in a square format. this camera works geat out doors but not so good inside with low light. i have the other minox mini camera and the pictures from the rolleiflex are better and bigger. from what i heard only 1500 of these were made so this will be a collectors item someday. this camera is not for serious camera work but just for fun with point and shoot.

I bought this camera as a collectable. It can take pictures but I do not consider it a serious camera. I just use it as an ornament on my desk where it generates a lot of comments. Some people ask me if I would consider selling it but I won't.
