Is this just on big box of cookies or is it in separate bags?

Enriched flour, (Wheat Flour, niacin, Reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate , Riboflavin, Folic acid) Chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), Sugar, corn syrup, fructose, Molasses powder, canola or soybean oil, salt sodium bicarbonate, natural and artificial flavors. Contains: Wheat and soy

what is the expiration date on the box?

We have bought them in the past also and it is a very good cookie mix. However we opened a box today, a couple months out of date, and there were bugs in each of the 3 bags of mix. So the expiration date is kinda important.

How many people does this normally serve

Depends on the size of your cookies. One package= 28 small cookies or one box= 85 small cookies. There are three packages in a box.
