Bought one of these before no issues with for my mom, new one ordered faulty looks like been returned, other than that good easy to use phone for elderly if they not tec savy 👍

This is a good little phone - it reminds me very much of the last generations of pre-Android/IOS phones back in the day. The screen is nice and clear, but the senior I got it for reports that it could do with being a little bit bigger but that would push the price a lot higher. Personally I think the screen is good quality for the price. The keypad has a nice, positive feel but again may be a little small for less dexterous fingers. I like the small screen on the back of the flip - I'm told that makes it more obvious that the phone needs attention when a call or message comes in. The only thing which was complained about was the lack of apps like WhatsApp or Facebook, but that's never really going to happen on a phone like this. The charger is easy to manage and the battery life is good, the camera is acceptable quality for the price, and the inclusion of 4g means it should last a good few years. Superb value, very usable.

Large buttons,good for someone who is a littlee clumsy. Fold over phone stops unwanted accidental operation of the phone. Has all the facilities of a much more expensive phone.
