This is my second water cooler ownership for me. The first was a top-loader, which was fine until serious medical issues hit, and then it became a dread to refill. I live alone and just the thought of lifting another 5-gallon bottle up was giving me the chills. Eventually, that became the problem with cooler number one, I ended up having my back go out and everything came tumbling down and the cooler itself was cracked.Now, we come to this cooler, Euhomy, bottom loading, hot and cold, and doesn't make me strain myself trying to refill it at all. The pump, and system inside maintain the flavor of the water I'm getting delivered, and it tastes just like it should. All that and it makes a fine cup of tea. I'm very happy with my new cooler, or rather heater as I use it for hot water more times than not. I highly recommend this unit to anyone in the market. If it has one downside is that it does need the electricity to use the pump, rather than gravity in case the power goes out, but that's a trifling matter.

Here I am 1 year and 4 months later and the motor that pumps the water up from the bottle to the reservoir just went dead for no reason. I see some reviews here questioned quality now I know why? Looked and worked well at the beginning but to have it go dead on such a critical part just over a year later is disturbing. I regret not having spent a little more $ and gotten a better quality item!UPDATE: 1/28/23 - I contacted the vendor shortly after I posted last update and they replied with various instructions to resolve the issue. To their credit they did respond, however I was on several business trips back to back and couldn’t attend to this for about 2 months. While on travel I did look up YouTube videos and while I could not find one that specifically addressed this model upon my return I attempted and successfully resolved the issue. My diagnosis: some sort of vapor lock, for lack of a better descriptive term. By removing some of the small hoses from the pump and intake hoses with a clean sterilized small brush I clean them out and the hose connections and carefully placed them back ensuring they were snug. When I plugged it back in it worked and has since to this date with no issues. (Side note: I still would like to learn how to replace the UV bulb which I’m sure won’t last forever.) But all is ok to date. Note: Best practice don’t let it run very long with an empty bottle, quickly unplug and change it out, I suspect the air it sucked in contributed to the problem. Overall changing my rating to 4, they were responsive I just didn’t check back here regularly but I feel we would have reached a similar conclusion and resolved it, but it would have taken a lot of back and forth.

I purchased this one for work. I have another brand at home, one that costs over $200 and I like this one better. The water is very cold, and hot. The biggest difference between this cooler and the one at home, aside from the price tag, is the difference in noise level. As you might read from different reviews from different brands is some coolers are extremely loud as you fill beyond a measuring cup or 2. This one is extremely quiet which is something I'm not used to. It's actually really nice to have a machine that does not make any noise besides the bubbling noise as you drain the reservoirs. Although this one is black and not all stainless steel like my other one, I will never buy another brand other than this one. It's exactly what you need and exactly what you should expect with a water cooler like this. Not to mention sub $100 is huge. There is no need for anything above this, unless you're looking for appearance, a cooler below, bottom storage/pumping etc. Which in most cases is a want not a need and even if my cooler was self cleaning, I would still want to clean it myself from time to time. I cannot say enough about this little cooler. Money well spent. And again, a quiet cooler is more important to me than I thought. I couldn't be happier and I'm confident you will be too.

This water dispenser is poorly made and I’m returning it. I’m not sure why it’s getting 5 stars, as this is subpar at best. Even after two cleanings, the water tastes bad from what seems like the inner tubes and workings, and is undrinkable. The unit is flimsy and barely fits a 5-gallon jug - Water spilled all over when placing the jug on top. The flow from both the hot and cold are extremely slow, more of a trickle. I tried calling the company two times to get support and was on hold for about 3 minutes, and both times I was automatically hung up on without anyone answering. Overall, it’s poor quality and not worth keeping. I’m returning and looking for another one that is better quality.

Fits in small space nicely. Keeps water cold and Hot and ready. Easy to use. Love it

Water qualities is great no smell or chemical odor value for the money keeps my water ice cold. I absolutely love this thing.

Love this cooler. The water pours out very quickly which I like. I've had a few coolers in the past and the water was very slow coming out of the spout. This is a great cooler. Get you one. You'll love it!
