Make sure to choose the laptop condition when you add it to the cart. I chose the best quality when I ordered mine and the 16" MB Pro I received looks beautiful... no scratches, no dead pixels, just a very slight wear on the wrist rest that I didn't even notice for several days. Mine basically looks brand new and I'm so happy with it. I'm coming from a mid-2015 MB Pro (only because the OS can no longer be upgraded) and the speaker sound is so much better plus the screen is sharper and brighter. In 2030 I'll get a refurb 2025 MB Pro... this is my 3rd MB Pro refurb and I've never had a problem with them. Excellent value for your dollars.

Extremely disappointed. I do NOT recommend buying from this seller. I purchased this Renewed MacBook Pro, and in less than a year, the screen completely failed with lines appearing for no reason. To make matters worse, the charger provided was NOT original and of very poor quality. The seller is completely uncooperative and refused to provide any help or a refund. A total waste of money and a very frustrating experience. Stay away!

I needed an upgrade for personal projects, school, and Iife. Seller shipped it asap, great price for what’s in this progressive powerhouse! My new favorite toy, I’ve been using it for school, I’m psyched to create on it and do various editing. Seller included a 96 watt brand new non cheap laptop charger. Great Apple refurbished experience, I probably need to run Windows on this soon for a project and the latest Apple models don’t do that. Luckily there’s Amazon & cool Apple refurbished sellers. Bought excellent condition and that’s what I got! I recommend!!

I was skeptical about buying this, but the MacBook is in perfect condition. Battery life is great, speakers and screen amazing! Great improvement over my mid 2015 MacBook.

Computer was well taken care of but I do feel like the battery drains quickly when using large software's.

1. The SSD is quite old and may not last much longer. I might need to replace it within the next 2-3 months. 2. Aesthetically, it is not in great condition. As you can see from the attached photos, there are dents and sticker residues. 3. Overall, the computer functions, but it does not fully match the original description.

The MacBook's condition felt below Amazon's "Good" category for refurbished items. It had chips, scratches, and a dent on the top right of the screen seemed more "Acceptable" than "Good." It arrived MDM-locked to an unknown company. Apple couldn't locate the MDM account but identified the buyer as a school district. They shared a third-party guide, and believe it or not, it worked, allowing me to factory reset the laptop and use the laptop as my own. Since I’ve already invested so much time troubleshooting, I’ll keep it and might add a skin to cover the scratches and chips. I would advise anyone buying refurbished MacBook i9s to purchase from a reputable seller and consider opting for "Excellent" condition rather than "Good."

Absolutely amazing. Zero scratches. Use time was <10% of the max allowed on the description. My Ram was double for some reason too.

Dejo de funcionar, se calienta mucho el adaptador se descompuso y ahora no prende mas, lo malo es que ya no puedo devolverla ya que paso el periodo, son computadoras que te funcionan bien 2o 3 meses y despues ya no hay para atras, tengo que ver cuanto me sale la reparacion

Replaced it with bad quality battery and now the laptop won’t charge and I need to fix it. Don’t buy this garbage off Amazon and go to best buy or a reputable store
