The Cadillac of safety rails! I researched which product was the best and found this one. It was more expensive than some others but is adjustable, sturdy, easy to use after spinal surgery to help me fearlessly transfer from a walker. It was easy to assemble, and very stable.

I bought this for my husband after a hip surgery. It is well made and easy to assemble. The height and width adjustments are very good. My main issue is that it is not very stable side to side. The pads on the legs are not wide enough and it tips to the side if you don't grab both handles at the same time. It doesn't attach to the toilet at all. I used the idea of another reviewer and bungee corded it to the toilet and it works great. I will be keeping this item but suggest they include some kind of attachment strap. To me even with this issue it is worth the price.

Easy to assemble and good and sturdy. Be careful with unpacking from wrapper- easy to cut through the handle padding when you are just trying to cut through the tape to get it open!

Bought this product for my C-section recovery postpartum. I love that I didn’t have to drill into the wall studs at all. Product could support weight and was real sturdy to support me going up and down. I could use the Lou and have peace of mind knowing I had support to get myself on and off the toilet.

The instruction sheet was clear and precise. Be careful when trying to remove the packing that is taped over the foamed handles. The assemble procedure was easy and simple so anyone could put it together. Once assembled, tried the safety rail and we were surprised how well it performed; better than expected. The person who uses this safety rail is very happy with the results and glad we purchased it. Good quality.

This item wasn’t quite right for my elderly mother but it was a good quality product. The service was excellent. I had no problem getting a refund even though the company is based in the US, which was processed before the product was received. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
